Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a part-time Licensed Mental Health Clinician in New Mexico to provide individual and family therapy for clients with severe mental illness, helping them cope and build adaptive skills.

The role includes Saturdays from 9 am to 6 pm, potential remote work, crisis interventions, risk assessments, documentation, and collaboration with a clinical team to ensure safe, effective care. Starting hourly rate is $26.73 and may increase with licensure and experience.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in NM as LMHC/LPCC/LMSW/LCSW or LMFT.
• Part time, hourly. Saturdays, 9 am - 6 pm required; other hours negotiable.
• Bilingual-Spanish speaking strongly encouraged to apply.
• Remote work is an option.

Responsibilities

• Provides crisis interventions and consults with the clinical team.
• Manages progress notes and ensures proper documentation of sessions.
• Develops and implements treatment and safety plans; educates clients on coping skills.
• Provides group therapy to various populations as needed.
• Maintains HIPAA and client confidentiality at all times.
