Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians to provide telehealth therapy sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Texas. You may be a good fit if you’re independently licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or psychologist) and consistently available for 10+ sessions weekly with 15 hours of access.

As a W2 employee, you’ll receive credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, plus orientation and training. Flexible scheduling spans seven days, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Qualifications

• Licensed and living in Texas (LPC/LMFT/LCSW or Psychologist).
• Available for at least 10 sessions weekly with 15 hours of availability.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Comfortable using telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions in evenings and on weekends.
• Maintain a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Collaborate with a clinical community and participate in case consultations.
• Ensure measurable progress for clients through evidence-based care.
