Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions in Reston, Virginia. A ramp stipend is available for clinicians offering 30+ hours per week.

We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, plus paid orientation to help you start. You can build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with a weekly schedule from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW or PhD).
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating diverse clients (couples, children).
• Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Comfortable with modern clinical tech including telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Reston, VA.
• Deliver evidence-based care to a broad client base.
• Maintain and grow a full caseload with flexible scheduling.
