Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Louisiana to provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends, with scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

ET and a goal to onboard a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. As a W2 employee you’ll receive administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling and marketing, plus bi-weekly pay, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, CEU reimbursement, and potential paid clinical

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Louisiana — LPC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist
• Available for minimum 10 sessions with 15 hours of weekly availability
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in measurable progress for clients
• Comfortable using telehealth and EHR tools
• collaborative team member in a clinician-led organization

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions in evenings and on weekends
• Deliver evidence-based care to clients
• Document sessions and track client progress in the EHR
• Collaborate with other clinicians to support client outcomes
