Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Texas to provide telehealth services in the evenings and on weekends. You will manage a flexible schedule, build a steady caseload, and deliver evidence-based care to a diverse client base.

Candidates must hold Texas licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW or psychologist) and be comfortable with telehealth and EHR tools. The role offers competitive compensation and ongoing support from a clinician-led team.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Texas (LPC/LMFT/LCSW or psychologist).
• Available evenings and weekends with at least 15 hours weekly.
• Open to treating couples and children; able to work independently.
• Comfort with telehealth tech and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to clients in Texas via secure platforms.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing; 10+ sessions weekly.
• Document clinical care in EHR; coordinate with clinical team.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure progress.
