Qualifications
- Master’s level degree or higher in related field.
- Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license.
- Active license and residence in California as required by posting.
Responsibilities
- Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
- Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs
- Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and involve family when appropriate
- Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
