Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in related field.
• Full, active clinical license (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist).
• Minimum 12 months clinical setting after licensure.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet regularly for counseling and adjust plans.
• Assess progress and involve families when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referrals in surrounding communities.

Skills

Licensed clinician (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC

Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)

Excellent communication skills

EHR proficiency (NextGen)

Education

Master’s degree or higher in related field

Fully licensed in applicable state
