Headlight, a clinician-led behavioral health partner in the Western U.S., is hiring licensed therapists to deliver patient-centered care with autonomy and support from executive clinicians.

You will diagnose and treat mental health disorders, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a small team to improve access and outcomes. This W-2 role offers competitive benefits and the potential for flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s level degree or higher in related fields.
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license.
• Minimum 12 months in a clinical setting after licensure.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team member and maintain organization.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve and advise family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
