Headlight is seeking licensed clinicians to join a mission-driven behavioral health team in the U.S. We provide administrative support, insurance handling, and marketing so you can focus on what you love—seeing clients.

Qualifications

• 12 months of clinical experience post-licensure
• Master’s level degree or higher in related field
• Active licensed status in LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist for the location
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Maintain licensure throughout employment
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Proficient in EHR; NextGen desirable
• Computer literacy across standard software

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust plans
• Involve and advise family members when appropriate
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
