Job summary

Headlight, a California-based behavioral health organization, seeks licensed clinicians to diagnose, treat, and plan individualized care for patients with mental health disorders. Clinicians work autonomously within a collaborative team, leveraging NextGen EHR while engaging families when appropriate.

Position requires full licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist) and a minimum 12-month clinical setting experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of 12 months in a clinical setting after licensure.
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license (license by location).
• Associates not hired at this time.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Involve and advise families when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
