Qualifications

• 12 months clinical experience after licensure
• Master’s level degree required
• Active license in applicable state is required
• Bilingual skills a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Meet with patients regularly to provide care
• Conduct ongoing progress assessments
• Involve families when appropriate
• Plan outreach and referrals in surrounding communities
