Job summary

Meridio is seeking a Licensed Benefits Enrollment Specialist to guide clients’ employees through their benefits. You will conduct one-on-one consultations by phone or video, explain options, and assist with enrollment with accuracy and care.

You’ll report to the Guide Team Manager in a remote contract role with potential to convert to full-time. If you hold an active license and enjoy helping people, we’d love to meet you!

Qualifications

• Active resident-state Health and Life Insurance License in good standing.
• Ability and willingness to obtain additional non-resident licenses as needed.
• Experience in employee benefits, health insurance, benefits enrollment, or similar customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefit products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one benefit consultations by phone or video.
• Explain medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefit options.
• Review plan costs, coverage, eligibility requirements, and provider networks.
• Help employees compare options based on individual and family needs.
• Complete enrollment applications and collect required employee information.
