Job summary

Catch Coverage, LLC is seeking licensed ACA Health Insurance Agent to educate consumers on ACA Marketplace options and guide enrollment. This fully remote role supports individuals and families across the US with a focus on customer service and compliance.

Newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply; prior ACA sales is a plus but not required. Competitive compensation with hourly base and commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License in good standing.
• Newly licensed agents encouraged; prior ACA sales experience not required.
• Previous ACA, health insurance, telesales, call center, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to complete and maintain ACA Marketplace/FFM registration and training.

Responsibilities

• Educate consumers on ACA Marketplace health insurance options.
• Assess individual and family coverage needs and explain plan options.
• Explain premiums, deductibles, copays, provider networks, and prescription coverage.
• Guide consumers through the ACA Marketplace enrollment process.
• Provide professional, consultative customer service throughout interactions.
• Maintain accurate enrollment documentation within company systems.
• Meet sales, conversion, quality, productivity, and attendance expectations.
• Maintain licensing, certifications, and Marketplace credentials.
