Job summary

Catch Coverage, LLC is seeking a Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agent to educate consumers on ACA Marketplace options and guide them through enrollment, in a fully remote DE role. The successful candidate will hold an active Health or Health/Life Insurance license and may have prior ACA sales or customer service experience.

The position offers $20.00 per hour plus uncapped commission, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment focused on compliance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License in good standing.
• Newly licensed agents encouraged; ACA sales experience not required.
• Experience in ACA, health insurance, telesales, call center, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate consumers on ACA Marketplace options.
• Assess coverage needs and explain plan features.
• Guide consumers through enrollment and application process.
• Provide professional customer service throughout interactions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and enrollment docs.
• Follow up with prospective and enrolled consumers as required.
• Meet sales, quality, and productivity expectations.
• Maintain licensing and regulatory compliance.
