Job summary

Aquatech International is seeking a PEARL License Project Manager to support license execution in Canonsburg, PA or remotely depending on distance from a branch office. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and focuses on deliverable tracking across multiple licenses.

The successful candidate will manage schedules, maintain logs, and coordinate with engineering, legal, and commercial teams to ensure contractual obligations are met and communicated clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, industrial, or civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum two years of project engineering experience in process technology or EPC delivery.
• Experience with project management software and document control practices.
• Excellent written communication and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a master deliverable register for active license agreements with owners, due dates and status.
• Track reciprocal obligations, deadlines, review windows, and milestone invoicing conditions.
• Flag obligations early and recommend recovery paths to leadership.
• Maintain an auditable record of notices, approvals, and deviations for defensible positions.
• Coordinate formal licensee correspondence and draft professional responses.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, industrial, or civil engineering, or a closely related technical discipline
