Job summary

Aquatech seeks a PEARL License Project Manager to work on-site in Canonsburg, PA, or remotely depending on distance from a branch office. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Manage a deliverable register and live schedule across multiple licenses, with technical fluency in PEARL flowsheet deliverables. Coordinate licensee correspondence, maintain auditable logs, draft responses, and drive actions to closure while aligning milestones with invoicing and revenue recognition with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of project engineering experience in process technology/water treatment/chemicals/mining or EPC delivery.
• Hands-on experience with project scheduling software (MS Project/Primavera/Smartsheet/Planner/Asana) including building schedules and tracking.
• Strong written communication for contract-accurate correspondence with external partners.

Responsibilities

• License contract deliverable tracking with a master register, owners, due dates, dependencies and status.
• Correspondence management for licensees: transmittals, RFIs, technical queries, notices.
• Schedule and timeline control for integrated license execution: long-lead items, testing, commissioning support, progress reporting.
• Cross-functional project support with engineering, financial, and legal teams; ensure alignment with invoicing and revenue recognition.
