Job summary

Aquatech is seeking a PEARL License Project Manager to lead license deliverables on-site in Canonsburg, PA or remotely depending on distance from a branch. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, overseeing a live schedule across multiple licenses with strong technical fluency in PEARL flowsheets.

The ideal candidate has a chemical/mechanical/industrial/civil engineering background and at least two years in project engineering, with expertise in project management tools and document

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, industrial, or civil engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum two (2) years of project engineering experience, ideally in process tech, water treatment, hydrometallurgy, chemicals, mining, or EPC delivery.
• Hands-on experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, Planner, Asana).
• Working knowledge of document control and correspondence management (transmittal logs, revision control, RFIs).
• Strong written communication; ability to produce contractually careful correspondence.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel; ability to build trackers and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• License Contract Deliverable Tracking: maintain a master deliverable register and track obligations, due dates, and status.
• Serve as the single point of coordination for licensee correspondence and maintain a controlled log.
• Schedule and Timeline Control: build/maintain integrated license schedules, run critical path analyses, publish progress reports.
• Manage change control: log scope changes, assess impact, and document agreements.
