Job summary

Aquatech International LLC is seeking a PEARL License Project Manager to work on-site in Canonsburg, PA or remotely depending on distance. The role requires organizing a deliverable register across multiple licenses and maintaining a live project schedule with cross-functional teams.

You will ensure timely responses, manage agreements, and drive milestone outcomes. The ideal candidate has a technical engineering background, hands-on project scheduling experience, and strong written communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, industrial, or civil engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Minimum two years of project engineering experience.
• Experience with project management software (MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, etc.).
• Strong written communication and contract-aware correspondence.
• Advanced Excel; trackers, dashboards, and status reporting.
• Experience reading and administering commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a master deliverable register for all license agreements, owners, due dates, dependencies, and status.
• Build and manage integrated license execution schedules and critical path analyses across concurrent licenses.
• Coordinate formal licensee correspondence and maintain a controlled log with action closure.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and action registers for progress calls and design reviews.
• Publish weekly/monthly progress reports and manage change control with agreed scope changes.
