Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Library and Information Science or related field.
• Experience responding to formal RFPs for public or academic institutions.
• Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development for library procurements (ILS/LSP, discovery, analytics).
• Serve as the designated pre-sales technical reviewer for proposals.
• Contribute to Loopio knowledge base and maintain content accuracy.
• Deliver product demonstrations and webinars for APAC opportunities.
• Develop library and technical content, messaging, and value narratives.
