Job summary

Allswell is seeking pre-licensed therapists in North Carolina to provide individual telehealth therapy to LGBTQ+ clients. This is a fully remote contractor role with a minimum commitment of 10 sessions per week and flexible scheduling.

You will deliver affirming, trauma-informed, evidence-based care while working toward full independent licensure, supported by free clinical supervision. We handle billing, scheduling, and client outreach so you can focus on care.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina license (LCSWA/LCMHCA/LMFTA) and passion for LGBTQ+ care.
• Experience delivering telehealth therapy in a compliant, ethical manner.
• Familiarity with HIPAA documentation and EMR use.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth therapy to LGBTQ+ clients in a remote setting.
• Conduct clinical assessments and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in Avon EMR.
• Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based care using modalities like CBT/DBT/EMDR/CPT.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision toward independent licensure.
• Maintain a minimum of 10 client-facing sessions per week with flexible scheduling.
