Job summary

Allswell is seeking pre-licensed therapists in North Carolina to provide individual telehealth therapy to LGBTQ+ clients. This fully remote contractor role requires a minimum of 10 sessions per week, with flexible scheduling and free clinical supervision toward licensure.

You will deliver affirming, trauma-informed care while advancing toward full independent licensure, supported by billing and scheduling handled by Allswell.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina license as LCSWA, LCMHCA, or LMFTA.
• Experience and passion for working with LGBTQ+ clients.
• Cultural competence delivering affirming, identity-centered care.
• Comfort with providing telehealth therapy.
• Skilled in clinical assessment and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Care: provide individual telehealth therapy to LGBTQ+ clients.
• Assessment & Documentation: conduct clinical assessments and maintain HIPAA-compliant records in Avon EMR.
• Clinical Model: use evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, CPT) and proprietary tools like Trauma Journal.
• Supervision & Growth: participate in regular clinical supervision toward licensure.
• Availability: maintain a minimum of 10 client sessions per week with flexible scheduling.
