Allswell seeks pre-licensed therapists to provide remote individual therapy to LGBTQ+ clients in Maryland. You will deliver affirming, trauma-informed care while working toward full licensure, supported by free clinical supervision.

You must commit to a minimum of 10 sessions per week with flexible scheduling. As part of a queer-led team, you will join a model emphasizing outcomes-based care, with Avon EMR for documentation and billing/outreach handled by the company so you can focus on care.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland license LMSW/LGPC/LGMFT required.
• Experience and passion for working with LGBTQ+ clients.
• Ability to provide telehealth therapy (1-1).
• Commit to a minimum of 10 sessions per week with flexible scheduling.
• Cultural competence and identity-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual teletherapy to LGBTQ+ clients remotely.
• Conduct clinical assessments and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EMR.
• Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based care (CBT/DBT/EMDR/CPT) with proprietary tools.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision toward licensure.
• Maintain a minimum of 10 client-facing sessions per week with flexible scheduling.
