Job summary

Allswell is seeking pre-licensed therapists to provide remote, individual telehealth therapy to LGBTQ+ clients in Maryland. This is a fully remote contractor role with a minimum commitment of 10 sessions per week and flexible scheduling (you pick your own hours).

You will deliver affirming, trauma-informed, evidence-based care while working toward full independent licensure, supported by free clinical supervision. We handle billing, scheduling, and client outreach so you can focus on care.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland license as LMSW, LGPC, or LGMFT.
• Experience and a strong passion for working with LGBTQ+ clients.
• Comfortable providing individual therapy via telehealth.
• Skilled in clinical assessment and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth therapy to LGBTQ+ clients.
• Conduct clinical assessments and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in Avon.
• Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based care using CBT, DBT, EMDR, CPT.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision toward independent licensure.
• Maintain a minimum of 10 sessions per week with flexible scheduling.
