Job summary

Allswell is seeking fully licensed therapists in Virginia to provide individual telehealth therapy to LGBTQIA+ clients. This is a fully remote contractor role with a minimum commitment of 10 sessions per week and flexible scheduling (you pick your own hours).

You will deliver affirming, trauma-informed, evidence-based care, while working toward full independent licensure, supported by free clinical supervision. We handle billing, scheduling, and client outreach so you can focus on care.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Experience with LGBTQIA+ clients.
• Comfortable delivering therapy via telehealth.
• Able to commit to 10+ sessions per week and participate in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth therapy to LGBTQIA+ clients in a remote setting.
• Perform clinical assessments and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in Avon EMR.
• Deliver evidence-based care using modalities like CBT, DBT, EMDR, CPT; use Trauma Journal as applicable.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision to progress toward independent licensure.
• Maintain a minimum of 10 client-facing sessions per week with flexible scheduling.
