Job summary

Allswell is seeking pre‑licensed therapists in Virginia to provide individual telehealth therapy to LGBTQ+ clients. This fully remote contractor role requires a minimum of 10 sessions per week with flexible scheduling.

You will receive free clinical supervision and support toward licensure while we handle billing, scheduling, and outreach. You will report to the Clinical Director and deliver affirming, trauma‑informed care using evidence‑based modalities and our proprietary Trauma Journal tools

Qualifications

• Virginia license as a Supervisee in Social Work, Resident in Counseling, or Resident in Marriage & Family Therapy.
• Experience and a strong passion for working with LGBTQ+ clients.
• Cultural competence delivering affirming, identity-centered care.
• Comfortable providing individual therapy in a telehealth setting.
• Skilled in clinical assessment and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Care: Provide individual therapy in telehealth to LGBTQ+ clients with trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment.
• Assessment & Documentation: Conduct clinical assessments and maintain HIPAA-compliant records in the EMR.
• Clinical Model: Use modalities like CBT, DBT, EMDR, CPT and proprietary tools to extend care between sessions.
• Supervision & Growth: Participate in regular clinical supervision toward independent licensure.
• Availability: Maintain a minimum of 10 sessions per week with flexible scheduling.
