Job summary

Allswell is seeking fully licensed therapists working remotely to serve LGBTQIA+ clients in Virginia. This contractor role requires delivering affirming, trauma-informed care via telehealth, with supervision toward licensure and a minimum of 10 sessions per week.

You will work under the Clinical Director, handling scheduling, billing, and outreach while focusing on care quality and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Virginia license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is required.
• Experience serving LGBTQIA+ clients and teletherapy delivery.
• Strong clinical assessment and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule with at least 10 sessions/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth therapy to LGBTQIA+ clients in a trauma-informed, affirming approach.
• Conduct clinical assessments and maintain HIPAA-compliant EMR notes.
• Deliver evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, CPT) as suited to clients.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision toward licensure.
• Maintain a minimum of 10 client-facing sessions per week with flexible hours.
