You will collaborate with entrepreneurs, referral partners, staff, and loan decision-makers to structure responsible financing and maintain borrower relationships.

The role emphasizes building trust in underserved markets, accurate credit analysis, and ongoing portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit management, lending and finance, and/or business development.
• Associate degree or higher in finance, business management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and develop lending opportunities.
• Guide clients and originate loans from inquiry to closing.
• Underwrite, structure and close loan terms and documentation.
• Support borrowers and manage the loan portfolio throughout the life cycle.
