Qualifications

• Experience in credit management, lending and finance, and/or business development.
• An associate degree or higher in finance, business management, or a related field is strongly preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of higher education when permitted.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and develop lending opportunities in underserved markets.
• Guide clients and originate loans: explain products, gather data, assess creditworthiness and terms.
• Support borrowers and manage the portfolio: post-closing support, monitor health, and portfolio reporting.
