The DP team handles document prep across 50 states, including templates, Kofax workflows, and MS Office tasks. Remote shifts from one of two evening windows can be filled nationwide, with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience drafting pleadings in a law firm setting.
• Strong MS Teams experience; remote work familiarity preferred.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of litigation workflow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft Shell Pleadings: Answers, Discovery Responses, Captions.
• Create Tables of Contents and Authorities using Best Authority.
• Document Comparisons & Redlines.
• Document Conversions & Revisions.
• Bates Numbering using Kofax.
• PDF Assembly using Kofax.
• Edit PowerPoint Presentations.
• Edit Excel Documents.
