Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP is seeking a fully remote Virtual Legal Support Assistant (VLS Assistant) to draft pleading shells and support the firm’s DP service line. The role demands accuracy in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment and includes extensive training with full benefits.

Shift options are evening hours across US time zones, 40 hours per week, and the salary is around $45,000 per year with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, disability and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience drafting pleadings in a law firm setting.
• Strong MS Teams / remote-work experience preferred.
• Advanced skillset using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Draft Shell Pleadings: Answers, Discovery Responses, Captions.
• Create Tables of Contents and Authorities using Best Authority.
• Document Comparisons & Redlines.
• Document Conversions.
• Document Revisions.
• Bates Numbering using Kofax.
• PDF Assembly using Kofax.
• Edit PowerPoint Presentations.
• Edit Excel Documents.
• Other duties as assigned.
