Array is seeking a Session Support Specialist to ensure the smooth execution of live legal proceedings via the Prevail platform. The role handles over 150 remote sessions daily, supporting attorneys, court reporters, witnesses, and stakeholders with technical and logistical needs.

Candidates should have strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with virtual platforms like Zoom or Teams. A focus on confidentiality and quality service is essential for this client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
• Experience using virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar technologies.
• Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot user access and connectivity issues.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders.
• Customer service, operations coordination, technical support, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch live legal sessions while managing scheduling changes and participant needs.
• Monitor multiple active proceedings simultaneously.
• Serve as the primary support contact for attorneys, court reporters, witnesses, and other participants requiring technical or logistical assistance.
• Resolve connectivity, platform access, and user support issues to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of sessions, escalations, and issue resolution activities.
• Collaborate with session managers and operations leadership to deliver a positive client experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable legal and company standards.
• Identify recurring operational issues and recommend process improvements.
