Array is seeking a Session Support Specialist to ensure the smooth execution of live legal proceedings via the Prevail platform. You will coordinate over 150 remote sessions daily, acting as the central contact for attorneys, court reporters, witnesses, and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, multitasking, and technical troubleshooting skills, with experience in Zoom or Teams and a client-focused mindset.

• Experience using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
• Technical aptitude to troubleshoot user access and connectivity issues.

• Customer service, operations coordination, or related experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and dispatch live sessions while managing scheduling changes and participant needs.
• Monitor multiple active proceedings simultaneously.
• Serve as the primary support contact for attorneys, court reporters, and witnesses needing assistance.
• Resolve connectivity, platform access, and user issues to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of sessions, escalations, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with session managers and leadership to ensure a positive client experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with legal and company standards.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
