Job summary

Salesloft is seeking a Senior Legal Operations Manager to run the operational backbone of the legal function from anywhere in the United States. You will streamline intake, matter tracking, templates, and reporting while partnering with Sales, Finance, and People to move contracts swiftly.

You will own privacy processes, data mapping, vendor reviews, cap table and equity management, and implement AI-enabled tools to reduce repetitive work.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in legal operations or stock plan administration.
• Hands-on equity administration including cap table management and 409A valuation.
• Experience with equity platforms such as Carta or Shareworks.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management or legal workflow tools.
• Strong process design, data handling, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience supporting a US company’s equity program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational backbone of the Legal team including intake, matter tracking, workflows, templates, and reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Procurement, Finance, and People to streamline contracting and reduce friction.
• Support DSARs and privacy rights requests, including coordination across systems and documented responses.
• Build privacy program operations with data mapping, processing inventories, vendor privacy reviews, and DPA tracking.
• Maintain audit-ready records and administer equity programs with cap table maintenance and grant processing.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled legal tools and build dashboards to measure Legal performance.
