Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a qualified Business Intake Researcher to support its Information Governance and risk management function. This fully remote role requires residency in listed states, including Oklahoma, with a schedule of about 40 hours per week.

You will conduct in-depth research on prospective clients, review corporate and regulatory records, and synthesize findings to aid attorneys and internal teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience conducting risk assessment or investigative due diligence.
• Experience researching corporate backgrounds and public records.
• Ability to synthesize information into clear research findings.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients and related entities to identify risk concerns.
• Review corporate backgrounds, financial information, litigation history, SEC filings and news.
• Analyze information from multiple sources and present concise research findings.
• Support attorneys and stakeholders with due diligence on new clients and matters.
• Assist with risk-related projects including potential lateral hires and business combinations.
