You will conduct in-depth research on prospective clients, review corporate backgrounds, and synthesize findings for attorneys and stakeholders while supporting risk-related initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of risk assessment or corporate research experience.
• Experience with KYC/AML due diligence.
• Familiarity with legal business intake processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth risk and due diligence research on prospective clients.
• Review backgrounds, financials, litigation, SEC filings, and public records.
• Synthesize findings into concise reports for attorneys.
• Support conflicts and business intake during the intake process.
• Assist with risk-related projects and lateral hire research.
