Jackson is seeking a Legal Records & E-Discovery Analyst to join the Records Management & E-Discovery team within Legal. The Analyst collaborates with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure compliance with records management policies and procedures, performs e-discovery tasks, and carries out a variety of complex legal and operational tasks, both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of professional work experience required.
• Experience in audit, compliance, legal, operations, project management, records management, or risk functions preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensures records are managed per state/federal requirements and internal policies.
• Evaluates records management policies, procedures, and systems for lifecycle governance.
• Reviews team mailbox inquiries and conducts research with timely responses.
• Supports projects with plans, timelines, stakeholder communications, and tracking.
• Determines appropriate retention periods based on regulations and business needs.
• Coordinates legal hold issuance, release, and quarterly reviews with the Matter Management team.
• Performs e-discovery tasks including data preservation, collection, and coordination.
• Manages request, review, and approval processes for the Records Management & E-Discovery team.
• Develops reporting, metrics, and presentations to communicate status and drive engagement.
• Adheres to policies and escalates issues as needed.
• Participates in training and awareness initiatives on records management.
• Manages a network of departmental record coordinators for inventory and disposition.
• Drafts emails, letters, reports, and meeting notes as needed.
• Tracks industry trends and improved practices in records management.
• Supports other Legal initiatives as needed.
• Builds relationships across the enterprise and works remotely as needed.
