Tri Delta is seeking an Operations Manager, Legal Records & Compliance to build and manage the infrastructure ensuring legal compliance, contractual protection, and operational soundness. The role reports to the Director of Operations and collaborates with legal counsel and senior leadership.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly accountable, and capable of independent judgment while coordinating across departments. Remote-eligible with US residency and work authorization.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in operations, contract administration, or a related administrative compliance function.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Mansioni

• Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure agreements are current, accessible, and properly executed.
• Track contract milestones, expiry dates, renewal windows, and performance obligations.
• Coordinate with legal counsel on contract reviews.
• Design and maintain a comprehensive records management program meeting legal, regulatory, and audit requirements.
• Maintain the records retention schedule with input from department leaders.
• Serve as the point of contact for business records requests, including audits.
