Paradigm Information Services is seeking a Legal Project Specialist to support a global legal industry client. You will handle consumer-facing discussions with professionalism and empathy, collaborate with internal teams and clients, and ensure high-quality work that meets deadlines.

The role involves responding to complex inquiries, following project protocols, and helping to create and update procedures for the claims teams.

Qualificações

• JD from an accredited US law school or foreign law degree and LLM is required.
• Experience in fraud analysis, compliance analysis, conflict resolution, education, hospitality, or other transferable backgrounds.
• Strong customer service skills, including empathy, phone etiquette, and complaint de-escalation.
• Flexible and customer service focused.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences clearly.
• Ability to handle changing or competing priorities to support business needs.
• Excellent computer skills, planning and organizational skills, critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)

Responsabilidades

• Respond to complex inquiries from customers and clients across multiple communication methods.
• Adhere to protocols and instructions from the Project Manager and Supervisors and implement feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with a variety of business partners.
• Create, monitor, and update scripting and procedures for claims and correspondence teams.
• Assist the supervisor or PM in resolving issues.
• Monitor the overall health of cases and propose resolutions.
