Paradigm Information Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Attorney/Specialist to support a global leader in legal services and settlement administration.

This remote, contract assignment is ideal for attorneys with a strong tax background who enjoy solving complex problems and communicating clearly with clients. You will handle escalated inquiries by phone and email, explain tax concepts, and ensure service excellence while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school or foreign law degree with an LLM.
• Bar license is not required.
• Strong tax background and experience reviewing tax documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Explain tax concepts and settlement processes clearly and professionally.
• Deliver excellent customer service while handling escalated situations.
• Serve as escalation point for unresolved inquiries.
• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, clients, and internal teams.
• Develop, review, and maintain scripting and procedures.
