Securitize, a leader in tokenizing real-world assets, is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to support day-to-day legal and compliance operations. The role suits a paralegal or junior attorney with 3–5 years of experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities include drafting and managing agreements, overseeing contract workflows, and ensuring securities-law compliance. Flexible PTO and remote work options enhance the opportunity.

Qualificações

• Paralegal certificate or JD from an accredited institution.
• 2–5 years in legal, paralegal, compliance, or legal-operations in regulated settings.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial agreements & corporate documents.
• Familiarity with public-company reporting & securities-law compliance.
• Strong research, writing, and risk-escalation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple streams with limited supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day legal and compliance operations and reporting.
• Draft, review, and redline commercial agreements and corporate documents.
• Oversee contract workflows from intake to renewal and recordkeeping.
• Support SEC filings, governance, disclosures, and communications.
• Review marketing materials for regulatory compliance.
• Support regulated business areas including broker-dealer and ATS.
• Maintain governance policies and corporate records.
• Coordinate privacy, cybersecurity, vendor risk, and insurance matters.
• Assist M&A, financings, and other strategic transactions.
• Manage outside counsel relationships and legal budgets.
