Epiq Counsel is seeking a highly skilled Legal Operations & Litigation Strategy Consultant to support a leading enterprise in transforming its litigation and legal operations function.

This remote, in-house engagement requires 5+ years in litigation and strong experience in legal operations, capacity modeling, KPI development, and legal technology adoption across matter management and e-billing. The role involves partnering with executives to align operations with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience (law firm and/or in-house).
• 5+ years of experience working within or alongside Legal Operations function.
• Proven ability to assess and improve processes, KPIs, and operational frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize litigation processes, capacity models, and workload allocation.
• Build and operationalize KPIs and data-driven reporting frameworks.
• Drive adoption of legal technology (e.g., matter management, e-billing platforms).
• Lead multiple concurrent initiatives across process, reporting, and systems.
• Partner with executives to align operations with business goals and demand.
