This role is primarily remote with occasional in-office attendance at Beverly Hills, CA. Salary is $30–$50/hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in legal operations, legal admin, or project management in a legal setting.
• Experience supporting legal operations workflows and contract databases.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Curiosity to learn new systems and processes; can work under ambiguity.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and organize legal documents across contract databases and KM systems.
• Support Director of Legal Operations and cross-functional partners to streamline workflows.
• Populate first drafts of form employment agreements and manage updates.
• Assist with outside counsel spend management and billing processes.
• Support monthly Legal department accrual and budget review.
• Coordinate pre-litigation/discovery activities and document review.
• Assist with evolving department priorities and compliance initiatives.
