Qualifications
- 8+ years in legal operations optimizing in-house workflows.
- Experience handling contract, performance, vendor and spend management.
- Familiar with legal department KPIs and CLM tools.
- Experience implementing new systems and AI features.
Responsibilities
- Manage client’s legal operations processes and map new workflows.
- Build out processes and design roadmaps for deployment.
- Vet CLM tools like Ironclad/Agiloft/ContractPod/Luminance for clients.
- Implement AI features and drive adoption within the legal team.
- Create and maintain operational templates and resources.
- Plan improvements to contracting systems and upload templates.
- Assist with project coordination and process management.
