Roofstock, Inc. is seeking a Senior Legal Operations Manager to optimize how legal work flows through the business. You will own contract intake, tracking, execution, and payment processes, building durable workflows with cross-functional partners to move deals quickly.

The role emphasizes governance, spend management, and tool administration (Zip, Carta, DataSite). Based in the Bay Area or NYC, with a focus on real estate tech and growth-company dynamics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in legal operations, contract management, or paralegal roles with 3+ years in corporate paralegal duties.
• Experience in high-growth private companies or proptech/fintech/real estate preferred.
• Strong understanding of indemnification, liability and boilerplate terms.
• Experience with litigation holds, discovery and outside counsel coordination.
• Ability to partner with Finance, Accounting and HR to resolve operational pain points.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end contract intake, routing, workflow in Zip.
• Review third‑party agreements for red flags and boilerplate terms.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and self-service tools to speed routine agreements.
• Maintain repository structure and post-execution filing for records.
