Jerry.ai is hiring a legal operations leader to own core processes and rebuild them with AI and low-code tools, enabling a small team to operate at scale. You’ll oversee filings, audits, compliance reviews, and contract work from start to finish under the Legal Counsel.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program with a record of high performance.
Track record of owning projects start to finish and solving problems without being told how.

Responsibilities

Own and optimize legal processes, building and operating workflows with AI and low-code tools.
Handle filings, deadlines, audits, and compliance tasks with precision and consistency.
Partner with the Legal Counsel on research, contract reviews, and policy projects.
Investigate escalations to root causes and turn issues into scalable training.
Review products for compliance risk and coordinate with Engineering and Product.
Lead audits across operations and ensure no deadlines slip.
