Job summary

OpenTrain AI is seeking a legal and commercial contract evaluator to review domain-specific documents for quality, accuracy, and relevance, following predefined guidelines. You will assess legal, compliance, and commercial materials and provide structured feedback to improve AI training data.

The role is contract-based and part-time, offering remote work with a minimum of 20 hours per week; a 40-hour weekly commitment is described in the project overview.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• At least two years of professional experience in legal, compliance, or commercial contract domain.
• Experience reviewing commercial contracts, NDAs, or compliance documents.
• Strong document analysis and review skills.
• Experience writing structured analytical evaluations or feedback reports.
• Ability to follow detailed document review guidelines and quality criteria.
• Strong written English communication at a professional level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
