The Hartford is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Practices Support & Data Specialist to research and resolve billing, payment, and data issues across multiple systems. You will partner with Audit Attorneys, law firms, vendors, and internal partners to ensure data accuracy and efficient legal billing and payment administration.

Ideal candidates are organized, proactive problem-solvers who collaborate well and can manage high volumes of information in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in legal services, billing, claims, customer support, data management, or related field.
• Experience researching and resolving operational, billing, payment, or data-related issues.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and multiple systems.
• Excellent communication with internal and external partners.
• High School Diploma required; associate/bachelor's preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Research, investigate, and resolve billing, payment, and data issues across systems.
• Identify root causes and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate billing, payment, and vendor data across platforms.
• Support daily processes related to legal billing and payment administration.
• Serve as a primary contact for law firms, vendors, and internal partners.
• Escalate complex issues and monitor resolution progress.
• Document resolutions and contribute to process improvements.
