Cherry Bekaert LLP seeks an experienced Legal Billing / Collections Specialist to manage client invoicing and accounts receivable with a strong focus on accurate legal invoicing and collections follow-up. You will work closely with attorneys, clients, and internal accounting teams in a fully remote role.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in legal billing, experience with high-volume client billing, and proficiency in Excel and billing systems.

Competenze

2+ years of billing, collections, or accounts receivable experience, preferably in a law firm or legal services environment.
Experience with high-volume or complex client billing.
Strong understanding of accounts receivable and collections processes.
Experience working with attorneys or professional-services clients.
Proficient in Excel and billing systems.

Mansioni

Prepare, review, edit, and finalize client invoices per requirements.
Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
Communicate with clients about invoices, payment status, discrepancies, and past-due accounts.
Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to resolve billing issues.
Reconcile client accounts and research payment discrepancies.
Maintain accurate billing and collection records.
Assist with month-end billing and AR activities.
Follow client-specific billing guidelines and internal procedures.
