Zusammenfassung

Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP is seeking two experienced Legal Billers to support their recent Aderant implementation. These roles demand hands-on Aderant use and strong billing skills, with independence to manage tasks after onboarding. Primary onsite work with potential hybrid flexibility after training.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of Aderant experience and proven proficiency with eBilling, BillBlast, and LEDES 1998B. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifikationen

Strong legal billing experience required.
Hands-on Aderant experience required; ideally 2–3 years.
Experience with eBilling, BillBlast, LEDES 1998B files.
Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up time.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

Prepare, review, and process legal invoices using Aderant.
Manage assigned billing work accurately and within deadlines.
Review invoices for accuracy and client billing compliance.
Prepare and submit electronic invoices, including via BillBlast.
Work with LEDES 1998B electronic billing files.
Research and resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
Coordinate with attorneys, billing colleagues, and accounting staff.
Share Aderant knowledge and assist colleagues as needed.
