Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of legal support experience as a legal assistant, paralegal or a legal secretary.
• Recent experience as a Litigation Paralegal, Legal Secretary, or Legal Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, subpoenas, notices, and requests for production.
• Coordinate/schedule meetings, hearings, appointments, and depositions.
• Manage deadlines, prepare attorneys for appointments, and draft routine correspondence.
